What does TR fabric mean?

Tr is polyester-viscose blended bai fabric, which is a polyester (Polyester) that accounts for more than 60% of the blended yarn and fabric dao mixed with rayon (Rayon). It is usually used for suits. Where T is Polyester and R is Rayon rayon (viscose).

Tr fabric characteristics: polyester/viscose blending ratio is more than 65/35 or 67/33. These blended fabrics are characterized by smooth and bright fabrics, bright colors, strong wool feel, good hand elasticity, good moisture absorption; but no ironing Poor.

The advantages of TR fabric:

1. High strength, short fiber strength is 2.6~5.7Cn/dtex, high strength fiber is 5.6~8.0Cn/dtex. Due to low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as dry strength, impact resistance is better than nylon 4 times higher, 20 times higher than viscose fiber.

2. Good elasticity, elasticity close to wool, when stretched 5%~6%, it can be almost completely recovered, wrinkle resistance exceeds other fibers, that is, the fabric is not wrinkled, the dimensional stability is good, the elastic modulus is 22~141cN/dtex , 2~3 times higher than nylon.

4. Good abrasion resistance, second only to the nylon with the best abrasion resistance, better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

5. Good light resistance, second only to acrylic fiber.

6. Corrosion resistance, bleaching agent, oxidant, Jing, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, resistant to dilute alkali, not afraid of mildew, but hot alkali can decompose it.

Tr fabric is polyester-viscose blended fabric. Polyester-viscose blend is a blend with strong complementarity. Polyester and viscose not only have cotton type, wool type, but also medium and long type. Wool fabric is commonly known as "Quick Bus". When the polyester is not less than 50%, this blended fabric can keep the polyester strong, wrinkle resistant, dimensionally stable, and washable and wearable. The blending of viscose fibers improves the breathability of the fabric and improves the resistance to melting holes; it reduces the pilling and antistatic phenomena of the fabric.
